About Hydrogen Service Bays

Hydrogen Service Bays is a specialty brand of Marathon Finishing Systems, a family-owned manufacturer based in Temecula, California. For more than 10 years, we've built service bays that let dealerships, fleet shops, and transit authorities safely work on hydrogen vehicles.

Safety First. Safety Built In. Safety Verified.

Marathon started in 2004 building industrial spray booths, where keeping people safe comes down to controlling airflow in hazardous environments. That experience is why Toyota came to us when it began selling fuel cell vehicles to the public. Together we developed a service bay that let dealers repair hydrogen vehicles safely without converting their whole building. That design became the Marathon Hydrogen Service Bay, and today it's working in dealerships, fleet shops, and transit facilities across the United States and Canada.

ONE SYSTEM. ONE SMART CONTROL PANEL. ONE MARATHON TEAM ACCOUNTABLE FOR THE APPROVED SCOPE.

From Facility Evaluation to Commissioning

Everything we build comes back to one belief: the people doing the work deserve a safe place to do it. We design every bay as if a leak will happen and make sure the bay responds before anyone gets hurt. The capture hood, perimeter curtain, hydrogen detection, exhaust, alarms, interlocks, and Smart Control Panel are engineered together around your vehicles and your facility. When the bay detects hydrogen, it purges automatically, sounds the alarm, and shuts down interlocked equipment without waiting on anyone to react.

We manufacture every Hydrogen Service Bay in Temecula, then our own crew builds and tests it at your site. We work directly with your engineers, contractors, and local fire and building officials from the first walkthrough to final commissioning, where we confirm every safety response works as designed in your building. Customers come back to us because they get one team from start to finish, and that team stands behind the safety of what it delivers.
