One Marathon team
From facility review to a working service bay.
A coordinated process for your vehicles, your building, and the people who will use the bay.
Discovery & facility review
We start with your vehicles, service procedures, building, and maintenance workflow. Bring the proposed bay location, vehicle dimensions, site photographs, and any drawings already available. Together we identify the information needed for the next stage.
Configuration & project scope
The bay is configured around the application. Review the enclosure, capture hood, detection, exhaust, controls, alarms, and interlocks as one system. The proposal should identify equipment, site interfaces, installation scope, and the responsibilities of each project participant.
Engineering & local review
Marathon coordinates with your project team and local officials. Licensed engineering partners can provide surveys, discipline-specific design, stamped drawings, and third-party commissioning as part of the agreed scope. The owner or their contractor remains responsible for permitting.
Manufacturing & site preparation
Your Hydrogen Service Bay is manufactured in Temecula, California. Coordinate site preparation, utility work, delivery access, unloading, and the installation schedule against the approved project documents. Confirm readiness before equipment arrives.
Installation & commissioning
Marathon’s crew builds and tests the bay at your site. Commissioning confirms the safety responses specified for the installed system. The project team documents the checks, open items, and acceptance requirements for your building.
Handover & continued support
Collect the approved drawings, operating information, component manuals, and commissioning records. Confirm training and maintenance responsibilities, service contacts, and the applicable written warranty. Bring future changes in vehicles or service tasks back to the project team for review.
