Quotations and acceptance
Marathon’s published sales terms state that quotations are generally valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise, remain subject to final engineering review, and become binding orders only upon written acceptance by Marathon.
Price and project scope
Quoted prices are in U.S. dollars. Taxes, freight, rigging, and installation are excluded unless the quotation includes them. Payment terms, scope changes, and other commercial details belong in the accepted quotation or purchase agreement.
Delivery and warranty
Delivery dates are estimates. The applicable warranty statement supplied with the quotation defines the warranty period and coverage. Misuse, neglect, unauthorized changes, and ordinary wear are excluded under Marathon’s published terms.
