Ownership and permitted use
Marathon’s photographs, product renderings, facility images, and brand artwork are protected by copyright. You may view website imagery for personal, informational purposes. Reproduction, republication, distribution, or modification requires written permission from the rights holder, subject to applicable law.
Request permission
Send the image’s page address and describe the proposed use, publication, audience, and any planned edits. Marathon reviews requests individually. Permission applies only to the uses and conditions confirmed in writing.
Third-party material
Images licensed from another rights holder are not available for sublicensing through this website. Marathon’s image-use policy does not grant rights to third-party content.
