Equipment freight
Major equipment ships by the freight method appropriate to its dimensions and weight. Freight is quoted with the project proposal and depends on the destination and access requirements. Confirm unloading, rigging, site access, and installation responsibilities in the accepted project scope.
Parts and supplies
Shipping methods and charges depend on the order and destination. Confirm availability, dispatch timing, and freight charges with Marathon for the specific component you need. Equipment project schedules are separate from parts-order shipping estimates.
Inspect the delivery
Inspect shipments when they arrive. Marathon’s published policy asks that visible damage be noted on the delivery receipt and reported within 24 hours. Keep photographs and shipment information available for the team reviewing the claim.
