Parts and supplies
Marathon’s published return policy allows unopened, unused parts and supplies to be considered for return within 30 days of receipt, in their original packaging and resalable condition. Obtain return authorization before shipping anything back.
Custom equipment
Made-to-order equipment is manufactured for the project’s specifications and is not eligible for return under Marathon’s published policy. Review the accepted quotation and purchase agreement for your Hydrogen Service Bay.
Defective items and fees
Report suspected defects to Marathon for warranty evaluation and repair or replacement arrangements. Coverage follows the applicable warranty. The published policy allows a restocking fee of up to 15% on returned parts, waived for defective items or Marathon shipping errors.
Information to provide
Include the order number, part or serial number, delivery date, description of the concern, and photographs where helpful. Request the return instructions and authorization before arranging freight.
